What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means you are purchasing an item before it is available and ready to ship. This secures your item in advance and guarantees that you’ll receive it once production is complete. Pre-orders are typically used for new or limited-release items that are made in small batches.

Processing Time:

Pre-ordered items have a processing time of 4–6 weeks. This time allows us to complete production, quality checks, and packaging with care.

Shipping Time:

After processing, your order will ship out within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.

Important Notes:

• All pre-order timelines are estimates and may change slightly due to production or supply delays. We’ll notify you of any updates.
• Sevyx does allow refunds for pre-orders. However, the deadline for any refund is 2 weeks after bought.
